Cat designer verrier is a craft shop. All the pieces are unique and handmade. The variations in colors, shapes, patterns and dimensions are normal and cannot therefore be the subject of a request for exchange or refund.<\/p>\n

Delivery time<\/strong> Cat Designer verrier manufacturs produces on order and therefore does not have a large stock covering the whole range of its products. If the selected product is in stock, we promise to deliver your order within 10 working days. Otherwise, the order will be shipped within a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks.<\/p>\n Shipping cost.<\/strong> Delivery charges are not included in the price. These fees vary according to the region where you live and the product(s) ordered.<\/p>\n Packaging.<\/strong> Cat Designer Verrier has shipped glass items to outlets across Canada and the United States since 2002. Every effort is made to ensure the safe transport of your order (bubble wrap, styrofoam, hardboard, etc.).<\/p>\n Sender.<\/strong> All our products are shipped by Canpar or Canada Post. A notice will be emailed to you as soon as the shipping process is activated. A tracking number will be mailed to each shipment via Canpar or Canada Post so you can know where your order is at any time.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.27.4″ text_font_size=”16px” custom_margin=”||50px|”]<\/p>\n The cancellation of an order will only be accepted if it is requested by the customer before the item is shipped.<\/p>\n An exchange will be allowed only in case of breakage of the piece during delivery. If we believe that the break is our responsibility or that of the sender, it will be possible to make an exchange.
